Journey to the centre

Well we are back on the road! Having left Woonona we made our way to Balranald through the bright yellow fields of canola. On over the Murray at Mildura and munching our mid-day meal by the mighty Murray at Morgan! (How's that for aliteration!) Then via the eastern side of Mount Remarkable, the southern tip of the Flinders ranges. Stunning rolling green hills juxtaposed against the industrial skyline of Port Augusta. Today we drove through the surprisingly green saltbush country, passing huge salt pan lakes. Camped overnight at Marla before heading into the Territory tomorrow. Starry starry sky a welcome sight!
